We focus on multi family units from 4 to 30 doors and we have a systematic approach and review from 4 different real estate networks. We work exclusively with family, friends and close business associates because these are the people we want to share our success with. This ensures our risk is mitigated and our properties have above average performance if ever a poor market trend comes around. One of our biggest assets is that we are able to pre-qualify as many as 30 properties a month with our team to ensure that we always have the best deals worth pursuing. Worst case, we have a cash flowing property in a low market with low appreciation, best case well, I’d love to show you in person.

We are a "stick to the formula" kind of company who wants to grow ambitiously, but not at a rate where we get too big for our capabilities. The focus to develop partners and leaders within our company at the rate of which we can take on new properties and ventures is derived from the motto "People, Purpose, Profit". I've made a lot of mistakes, if there's a board keeping track I will likely be the top 10 in our company for a few years yet.
